Your main 2 roles will be
- to manage and supervise .Net development group
- together with Qube management team, to plan, build and develop a delivery capability for one or several competence areas (ASP.Net, SharePoint, Java, etc.).
You should have solid technical background as well as managerial skills.

Job description, tasks:
- to be responsible for competence development and daily operations
- to maintain and supervise a pool of qualified and junior technical consultants
- to work tightly with corresponding Competence Delivery Managers (on-site)
- to take care of training/education initiatives within your department to develop right competence and delivery quality to our customers
- to participate in projects as pm/analyst/designer
Requirements:
- High education in Comp sciences, Communication, Engineering, BA in IT or similar
- 5+ of overall experience in IT
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Good experience in software development process and methodologies
- Good understanding of development technologies (.Net, Java)
- Fluent English
- Team leader skills
