Our fixed Application Management offering consists of following services:

Application management

Ongoing planning and coordination of activities, resources and time schedules for all activities together with Customer’s representatives for the Business side and IT Operations

Assistance in demand investigations and solution specifications.

1st line support

1st line English and/or Swedish speaking support, available through phone, fax and/or email.

Responsible for logging errands, reporting back status to users according to defined routines and processes, via phone and/or e-mail.

2nd line support 2nd line English speaking support for error investigation and error handling/fix support.
Proactive maintenance and operations stability

Proactive maintenance to secure performance and general availability to the system according to agreed upon check list and frequency

Ongoing evaluation of check list and frequency
